Shopping for Furniture

At Maison we are proud of our personal customer service. We have therefore decided not to offer a buy on-line service yet.

To see the furniture click on the buttons shown left. Take a note of the name and code number of your chosen items and then contact us.

We are happy to take orders by phone, fax, post, email or of course in person at Maison in our stores in Tunbridge Wells or Richmond. See the How to find us page for more information.

Shopping for Accessories

At Maison you will find a wide range of beautiful and stylish accessories for your home.

Our collection is constantly changing so cannot be included on our web site at the moment.

Deliveries

Local delivery charges start at £20 for Tunbridge Wells and £25 for Richmond. We will quote for delivery at the time of order.

We are working on nationwide delivery too - please contact us for the latest information.

Payment

You can pay by cash, cheque, debit or credit cards - except American Express. You can pay over the phone, by post, or in person at Maison. 20% deposit is required on all orders. The remaining balance is then requested prior to despatch

Cancellations and Returns

All orders can be cancelled within 14 days of placing your order and we will refund the deposit in full. For all cancellations made over 14 days after the order we will retain the deposit.

Returns are only acceptable if the goods are damaged, this must be informed to the driver at the time of delivery and the goods refused.

The item will not fit!

It is your responsibility to ensure that any item you order will fit the space for which it is intended, this is usually not a problem but pay particular attention to getting wardrobes upstairs and around corners.

If the item does not fit we are not obliged to accept it back, we will however endeavour to do this if we can. A return delivery charge will be requested of at least the same value as the original delivery charge. This is at our descretion
